puppetlabs-tomcat After module install how do i apply the manifests

Hi, I have downloaded puppetlabs-tomcat in the vagrant VM for dev environment. After that, how do I install tomcat and deploy war files with that, what are the files that are to be modified. Since it is a local stand alone environment, i would like to use puppet apply on the VM. So, after the module download, do i need to create a site.pp and what contents goes inside? I am not sure as to how to apply puppet apply and in which file? Please clarify, i went through the ReadMe.md but that didn't help. Thanks in advance!
