Puppet Enterprise Dashboard does not indicate a failure on some agent runs

Hi, We're using PE on a very small scale. We noticed that sometimes the PE dashboard looks all "green", but when we drill down to the report itself we're seeing errors. This makes it very difficult for us to find issues. Why is that and how we can notice these issues? Thanks
